Allison Snider, Nutrition & Wellness Coach
I have been in the fitness industry since 2012, but my love for physical fitness started when I started dancing at 8 years old. I continued dancing in college, receiving my associate's degree in art in dance in 2010. Through this degree, I found a love for choreography as well. I use this daily when designing workouts to keep them fun and exciting. In 2012, I got a job at a local gym, teaching fitness classes and working the front desk. As I worked there, I gained more and more group fitness certifications, got promoted to the Assistant General Manager and Fitness director, and wanted to learn more and more about overall wellness through fitness and nutrition.
I got my Persona Training Certification in 2016 and Health Coach Certification in 2017. I graduated with my second Associate of Science in Nutrition in 2018. Through teaching group fitness, I became certified in Zumba, Insanity, Barre, and Les Mills Bodypump. I taught various classes to all fitness levels, including Zumba, Insanity, Barre, Bootcamp, Cycling, Cardio Lift, and Bodypump.
My mission is to help my clients live healthier lifestyles. I love to see my clients meet their goals, conquer their obstacles, and find the same passion I did when I started my fitness journey. I also believe in balance, and I can help clients include the things they love rather than restrict everything. Each plan I create is individualized with exercise, nutrition, and SMART goal setting. I hope to help as many people as possible and help them adopt healthier habits.
In my free time, depending on the time of year, you can find me at the lake, camping, surfing, and playing with my two black labs.
